I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. While it appeared modern and safe, I regret to say that my stay was marred by missing money from my luggage. The management's response was unsatisfactory, which has left a sour taste. It's disheartening to find that a 'nice' hotel may not be as safe as it seems. I cannot recommend staying here without taking extra precautions with your belongings.

The hotel presents a polished exterior but has many underlying issues that make for a less than ideal stay. While the staff was exceptionally friendly and the buffet breakfast offered a nice variety, the room conditions were disappointing with cramped spaces and problematic bathrooms. The location is somewhat isolated, making it hard to find dining options nearby outside of the hotel.
Rooms
5.0
The rooms I experienced were cramped, with plumbing issues and poor bathroom layouts. The first room I saw was too small for our luggage, and when we returned, the room we got was tiny and uncomfortable with a malfunctioning shower.
Service

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, which was a highlight of my stay.
Location
5.0
The hotel is located quite far from shops and restaurants, which made it inconvenient for finding meals outside the hotel.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was plentiful with various Vietnamese dishes, but I found the restaurant's dinner options to be average, and the value seemed better outside.
Facilities

Facilities were lacking with slow elevators and poorly lit hallways, making it inconvenient at times.

My stay at this hotel was a mix of good and bad. The staff were attentive and helpful, which really stood out. However, the hotel itself felt tired and unkept, with some concerns about safety and proper maintenance. Overall, I did find the rooms clean and the bed comfortable, but improvements are definitely needed throughout the property.

The hotel presents an impressive facade, yet my overall experience was marred by poorly maintained facilities and cramped rooms. While the location offered stunning views and the staff were genuinely kind, the dining options were rather limited, and the upkeep of both rooms and amenities left much to be desired.

The first room was small with a leaking toilet, and while the larger room was decent, the bathrooms were cramped with shoddy plumbing.

I had mixed feelings about my stay. On the one hand, the price of 450,000 VND ($21.00) for a night with breakfast included is a real bargain. However, the hotel itself could use some improvements, especially in cleaning and housekeeping. The rooms were comfortable, but getting hot water took quite a while, and the dining options were better outside.
Rooms
7.0
The rooms were comfortable, but it took more than 5 minutes for the shower to get warm water, which was inconvenient.
Service
5.0
The service lacked attention, and the cleaning could have been better.
Location
6.0
The location feels somewhat isolated with a strange vibe, but it’s not far from some decent local eateries.
Dining

The restaurant was average, and I found much better food options on the street.
Facilities

The hotel seems relatively new, but it lacks some essential amenities and the lifts are a bit slow.
